- All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Standard shipping orders will be shipped via USPS ground and will arrive within 1-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email after the order has been shipped from our office. If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or other US territories, your order will be shipped out via USPS and may take up to 10 days to arrive to your address. We ship to all US states and territories and all International Countries. We try to make online shopping as easy for our customers as possible... Standard Shipping Rates within the US begin at $3.95; Shipping to Canada begins at $4.95; Other International Shipping Rates begin at $7.95. On rare occasions, we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order (such as when an item is Out Of Stock). We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

- Customers are responsible for the cost and return shipping of any returned items to Enticing Eye Store. If you are not happy with your online purchase, we will be happy to accept a return within 30 days from the date of purchase for all products listed on our site EXCLUDING: Glue, Eyelashes, & Gel Remover. Please send us an email or Paypal comment regarding which size lengths you prefer in your order. Send us an email if you would prefer to make payment via mailing a Money Order or Cashiers Check. Review your order and change shipping options if necessary.
